Shipping questions

Customs and Taxes

Local taxes and import duties apply and are not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.


All packages have tracking through USPS. A tracking number will be emailed once a shipping label is printed.

Processing Time

Packages will typically be shipped out in 1-2 business days. However, during busier times, processing can take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping Time

Shipping in the continental U.S. typically take 1-3 business days after the package arrives at the Post Office

Shipping outside of the continental U.S. can take up to 2 weeks after arriving at the Post Office.

Note - There are certain delays out of our control, ie. customs delays.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Addresses can not be changed after an order is placed. To ensure prompt delivery, please double-check your information before placing your order. Any re-ship will come at the cost to the customer.

Returns / Damages

Can I return my order?

Because of the nature of the products that we sell, we are unable to offer returns.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We try and pack orders with the utmost care but sometimes a product arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately and make sure to take photos of the damaged product and its packaging. A replacement product will ship out promptly. In the rare case that a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued.

What if my order is missing a product?

If you are missing a product from your order please contact us and we will ship out the missing item.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product please contact us and let us know. We will get the correct item shipped to you and send a return label for the wrong item.

Do to the demand of certain items, a product may sell out even though it was in your cart. Unfortunately this is an unavoidable situation with e-commerce.
